Process Control/Refinement

Work Force Direction and Product Status
Sechan utilizes Workflow Management Tools to provide real time dispatch lists to all factory resource areas. The system is a real time, theory of constraints-based scheduling engine, designed to maximize the velocity of material through the manufacturing process. Work order priorities are presented in a visual, color-coded scheme denoting item priority. The system also provides forward looking assessments of planned resource loading, and historical perspectives on queue levels, and productivity for each resource group. This information is used to identify potential constraint resources, and implement plans to minimize disruptions in product flow throughout the facility.
