Repairs and upgrades for Sechan-manufactured products provide life cycle support, a managed inventory, and obsolescence redesign, all which guarantee minimal repair turn time.

Sechan takes several approaches to ensure our customers the most efficient and cost-effective process methods. Therefore, returned products are repaired within the same manufacturing facility in which the equipment was originally tested. In addition, Sechan's experienced personnel who manufactured and tested production hardware also perform all repairs and upgrades.

By interacting with customer field personnel, there is a better understanding of products and customer objectives. When on-going programs are faced with obsolete parts, Sechan continues to maintain production deliveries. Our proactive strategy involves:

  • Monitor components
  • Purchase inventory parts in advance
  • Identify and qualify alternate parts
  • Redesign circuitry or systems (if necessary)
